Need some variation in your home workouts right about now? Consider adding the plank row. It’s a killer plank move that’s a real multi-tasker, working multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It works not only your arms and back, but also your core and glutes.
Exercises that work it all at once not only increase your strength, but allow you to burn more calories. The more compound exercises you add to your home workouts, the more efficient (ie, do less in more time!) your workouts will be.
My demonstration includes a beginner modification. Depending on your fitness level, do 3 sets of 8-15 on each arm. Beginners can also forgo weights to get the movement down first.
